CTC: 30 LPA To 45 LPA fixed + lots more in variables

- Deep understanding of SaaS business model & its sales cycle.
- Passion for mission & Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- An experienced senior manager, with superior leadership, organizational, and managerial skills and an ability to adopt a team-based approach to management.
- Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.
Capacity of role involves:
- The Vice President Sales & Marketing shall be reporting to the CMO.
- He will be responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation and distribution and channel strategy.
- The VP Sales & Marketing will drive the company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals for its SaaS products.
- Directly responsible for the company’s revenue from SaaS
