Role Description:   - This role would be reporting to Directors and Responsible for Sales and Marketing of Software Products and Services globally. The initial focus would be to Build a strong team for sales & Branding. The role will gradually expand totake up the similar responsibilities in UK/Europe & US Geography. This role would be responsible for sales target set up in consensus with Director.  Key Result Areas:  - Market analysis for new products  - Competitive positioning of existing products and services   - Identifying, building and managing relationships with channel partners   - Promotional activities / Branding  - EANB – Bring new Business from Existing Accounts  - New Business – Lead generation / Responses to RFP and closures   Essential Skills  - Initiative, energy and imagination to sale technology solutions  - Ability to Work as individual contributor  - Experience of Sales of IT products (Preferably Enterprise and/or Smart Phone Applications)  - Product Experience in Corporate Branding  - Experience of outward marketing to prospects in UK/Europe & US  - The leadership to inspire sales team to produce exceptional sales results  - An upbeat personality and a positive attitude  - The ambition to take sales revenues to higher levels  Remuneration  - Excellent fixed remuneration and targets based incentives to desired candidate.  Navdeep
