Title : Vice President, Asset Management - US Mortgage Market

Location : Mumbai/Bangalore

Reporting Manager : Chief Operating Officer, Asset Management and Insurance Services

Reo Asset Management And Marketing Director (Single Family) :

- Responsible for strategic planning, product expansions, platform enhancements, process improvements, talent management. marketing and sale of REO property (single family).

- Streamlining REO asset management, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from acquisition to disposition.

Pre-Marketing :

- Valuation, property preservation and evictions; Marketing

- Customized marketing strategies to add value to each asset; Asset Sale

- Offer management and negotiation and contract acceptance; Closing - Manage entire process including title issues, settlement and funding.

Experience Required : 12-15 yrs

- Should have 10 yrs experience in US Mortgage Market
