Company: A pioneering company engaged in the business of products- Solar micro Cold Storages and Solar Pumps  Position Title: VP- Sales & Marketing   Location : Raipur, Chattisgarh  We are looking for a professional who will work in the company to lead the sales and marketing. The candidate would be expected to work with the management in the company to meet the sales targets. If the candidate is fun to work with, likes to challenge the status quo, takes initiative, likes solving challenging assignments this is the perfect place for him or her.   Responsibilities :  - Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.   - Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.   - Develop and build sales pipeline to ensure sales targets.  - Drive sales by building business partnerships and dealer network.  - Develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing.  - Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.  - Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.   - Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.   - Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.   - Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.   - Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.  - Other duties as assigned.  Eligibility :  - Experience in strategic planning and execution.  - Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.  - Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.  - Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.  - Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.  - 8-10 years of experience in a senior-level sales and/or marketing position.  - Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.   Preferred Candidate :  - In depth understanding of agriculture.  - Agricultural/ rural marketing and sales for high ticket products.  - Customer financing experience through govt. support/ banks/ CSR.  Remuneration : Comparable to best player in the industry/sector
