The focus of the sales enablement team is to do Industry & Named account specific research and unearth opportunities that Sales people can pursue.  The sales enablement team releases bandwidth of the front-end sales team and provides research support enabling the expensive sales resources to be fully utilized in client facing interaction vs back-office work.  Post graduate with a B-school degree.  - Completely revamping the sales enablement team and taking it to the next level.   - External benchmarking of the capabilities of competitor Sales Enablement groups to understand best practices and imbibe as appropriate.  - Refine the operating processes within the Sales Enablement team  - Identify new tools to automate research, establish connects & discern trends from tiggers/events.  Specific Competencies   - Strong analytical and problem solving skills, work planning, verbal and written communication skills  - Ability to manage virtual teams, understand client needs and balance workload  - Ability to engage with and influence senior leadership  - Appreciation for both strategic and commercial issues  - Ability to handle a team of 4-5 direct reports and overall a team of 20+ resources  - Enable greater productivity for Sales team through support of account planning, account prospecting, trigger management, and lead cultivation  - Conduct industry analysis to identify vertical trends, new opportunities  - Create and manage sales enablement tools and enablement materials that support the sales force in their revenue generating efforts  - Identify and spotlight repeatable best practices for rapid dissemination across the Vertical sales teams
