We are looking for Principal Quality Analyst (Corporate Title - VP) for one of the Investment bank in Mumbai.  Exp: 12 - 18 yrs  Responsibilities :   - As a QA Lead, S/he will manage the day-to-day testing activities, closely work with stakeholders.  - Ensure deliverable as per the agreed plans  - Define and Enforce QA standard test document templates and reporting methodology as per industry best practices  - Devise a strategy to incorporate automated testing tools to support the testing process  - Participate in the test planning, test case development and execution to support application release cycles and project deliverable  - Identify areas for improvement  - Must have test planning experience  - Knowledge of managing testing using Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM, a definite Plus.  Key Requirement :  - 11 years+ overall industry experience with three plus years in the Managing teams.  - Experience in Investment Bank  - Good Functional Knowledge on Fixed income Derivatives business  If you are interested in above opportunity please share your updated CV   Note: We are looking for candidates who are currently designated as VP in their current organization.
