About our Client - Our client is a leading outsourcing service provider catering to a number of verticals across the Financial Services, Infrastructure, Travel and Utilities space.

Job Description - Reporting to the SVP and leading a team of Master Black Belts (MBB) / Black Belts (BB) you will be responsible for:

- Planning high impact six sigma/lean projects that result in reduction of cost and increase in operational efficiencies

- Developing process improvement and transformation strategy aligned to key clients' strategic priorities

- Managing stake holder relationships and providing them with superior solution delivery through detailed analysis, identifying alternate delivery mechanisms

- Liaisoning with and monitoring the joint functioning of the compliance and project management team

The Successful Candidate - 12+ years of relevant experience in processing re-engineering and change management in an insurance setup

- You must be a Certified Black Belt (BB) or Master Black Belt (MBB) with strong experience in continuous improvement & process excellence

- Excellent knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes is a must

- Sound knowledge of COPC, ISO is desirable

- Prior experience of driving high impact organization wide six sigma projects is a must

- Successful track record of managing senior stakeholders in an international environment.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

- Extensive project initiation and business analysis experience.

- Successful track record of executing large cross-border projects.
