About our Client - Our client is a Global Bank with their offshore setup based out of Delhi NCR. With the team expanding they are looking for a seasoned professional to lead a team in Payables.

Job Description : Reporting to the SVP / Director - Payables, your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead a team responsible for accounting for all vendor related and travel and entertainment expenses and subsequent payments of the same.

- Be part of the leadership team of global payables for the India Shared Service Centre.

- Contribute to the strategy setting and actively collaborating with key stakeholders.

- Establish a strong control environment and driving improvements & standardization of processes.

- Simplify and streamline work and reduce complexity.

- Create a culture of high energy, trust and collaboration across the extended teams, leveraging lean and other best practice management tools.

The Successful Candidate :

- You are a CA/ICWA/CPA with 12 - 15 years of post qualification experience.

- Prior experience in payables including accounting for all vendor along with travel and entertainment expenses and payments for the same is required.

- You will also have experience of leading large teams of finance professionals in a global/matrix environment.
