Position is for a rapidly growing MNC BPO providing service & supply chain solutions in the US & Australian markets  As a Business Line Leader oversee the management of Business Line to ensure customer/client satisfaction, and productivity.   - Monitor Business Line adherence to account metrics and key performance standards.   - Supervise Senior Managers and Managers Lead team to meet or exceed key performance standards as defined within Business Line through business reviews and communications  Performance Responsibilities:  - Recognize high performers and encourage career growth within the organization  - Build, coach, and mentor team(s) to meet or exceed key performance standards  - Monitor adherence to staffing levels across business line  - Trending and Data analysis for individual programs and business line  - Presentation of results primarily internally to senior management and externally in formal client reviews  - Sets and monitor adherence to the business line’s budget  - Report analysis of program metrics to senior management  - Interact with internal Business Lines throughout organization to create goals, expectations and procedures  Results/Insight:  - Managing the client relationships and ensuring engagement with the clients on an ongoing basis.  - Overall review and ownership over the work performed within the adherence to timetable and work plan and maintaining of a high quality of the deliverable.  - Supports (and responsible for as appropriate) targeted Quality Control Reviews on effectiveness of key controls and compliance  - Regularly review and ensure appropriate Business Continuity Management  - Develop a strong team, provide leadership by example, keep the team engaged and motivated. Define career paths and team objectives aligned to the organisational objectives and evaluate performance against those objectives  - Defines clear success criteria and goals for self and team and monitors & measures performance against these  - Challenges teams and self to extend them and take on new experiences  - Motivates the team to achieve agreed goals  - Creates opportunities for others to develop and extend their skills and experience  - Recognizes the achievement of team and individual goals  - Exposure to operational risk and control environment frameworks
