VP - Marketing - Role Description   As Marketing Head, the candidate will have overall responsibility of brand development and customer acquisition. The candidate will be accountable for building the brand and will be responsible for all aspects of marketing including brand, offline (ATL & BTL) and online. This role will be responsible for managing marketing investments and accountable for growth target. The Marketing head will be responsible for developing and deploying a comprehensive marketing plan with fully integrated tactics (advertising, digital and app marketing, retail/partner and consumer-facing PR)  This highly empowered role demands innovative thinking along with a creative andenergetic approach to leadership who thrives when juggling multiple priorities in a fastpaced, high performing environment.  Key Responsibilities:  - Drive consumer insights, competitive analysis, product positioning, naming, objectives and metrics, launch and marketing strategy.  - Create Analytical reports to track and improve marketing efforts  - Ensure consistent and effective brand positioning & product / promotional messaging across all platforms.  - Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on revenue  - Responsible for planning, implementing and executing online and offline customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth  - Driving user and revenue growth   a) User Acquisitions, Mobile Advertising, Facebook Advertising   b) Performance Marketing, Targeting, Analytics, Optimization   c) App Monetization, Cross promotion, User Retention   d) Customer Segmentation, Positioning, Pricing  e) Create forums for customers to discuss the game.  Requirements   - Years of experience:10-12 years of relevant work experience, of which 5-7yrs of experience in driving marketing initiatives for consumer facing products.   - Qualification: MBA from Tier1 institute  Reporting Structure: -This Role reports to the CEO   Current Product Team Size: - 8   Years of Experience: - 10 to 15 Years
