Position : VP Marketing

Reporting to : Director

Location : Kolkata

Team Size : 22 to 25

Qualification & Desired Skills :

- Masters degree in Business Administration, good academic background with 15+ years of total experience.

- Should have experience in NPD, Brand Development, innovation.

- ATL, BTL activation, Brand launches, TVS, Media.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensures coordination with department to implement & monitor all marketing initiatives.

- Develops the marketing & brand management strategy to support top line & bottom line growth & foray into new segments and innovative products.

- Develops Annual Plans & Budgeting for the brand and monitors the expenditure.

- The Person will responsible for Personal Care category.

- Will be heading team of 22 to 25 people
