Head - Learning/Talent & Organization Development (Diversity preferred)
Incumbent will head Learning, Talent & OD for Organization in India
Role will involve :
- Consulting with business partners and HR Leadership to translate business requirements into development strategy.
- Ensuring that learning development, initial change and engagement needs are aligned with the needs of the organization.
- Delivering and/or overseeing the delivery of a wide range of learning and performance support solutions
Experience Required :
- 14+ years of experience.
- L&D and Performance Consulting with internal clients to identify needs, translate needs into solutions.
- Identifying, developing and implementing skills development for partners at multiple levels.
