About our Client - Our client is a leading Corporate & Investment Bank and one of the largest financial services groups in the world. As part of expansion of India based shared services, they are looking for an experienced professional to join their team as a VP to develop a continuous improvement culture and bring in efficiencies in their business across Asia Pacific.

Job Description:

- Reporting into APAC Head, You would be part of Lean and re-engineering function of the bank in India as well as other geographies liaising with the business heads across different functions.

- You would work with different business lines for continuous improvement and change management.

- You would need to act as internal consultant for the organization and drive process improvement, performance management, product design etc.

The Successful Candidate:

- CA/MBA from premier Business School with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.

- Certified in Lean and Six Sigma is a must.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

- Extensive project initiation and business analysis experience in a consulting environment.

- You should be open to travel internationally for upto 50% of the time.

- Successful track record of leading large cross-border projects ideally with a consulting firm.
