About our Client : Our client is a leading insurance and re-insurance provider having a global client foothold. Operating out of more than 20 countries, they have a product line ranging from standard to customized products catering to this diverse clientele. Amidst a dynamic and expanding environment, they are looking for a seasoned professional; performing end-to-end internal communication, who can lead/manage various critical projects based out of Bangalore.

Job Description: Reporting to the MD, your key responsibilities include:

- Develop and execute programs to communicate the branding and cultural experience to capture the relevant audience.

- Design the strategy to produce high-impact informational and educational materials to internal audiences through multiple delivery channels.

- Plan and conduct formal and informal employee and management surveys to inform future activities.

- Coordinate successful working relationships with Human Capital, Strategic Business Unit, Legal and Corporate Communications partners.

- Proactively provide process improvement suggestions.

The Successful Candidate:

- You should have 10-12 years experience in the public relations or communications fields, working directly with agencies and internal stakeholders

- You should be a graduate with a PG degree in communications, public relations or related fields.

- You should be a self-starter, enthusiastic, energetic, and have a good and adequate functional knowledge.
