We have been retained by one of our MNC Clients to recruit for the following position

Client: Our client is one of the well known MNC Brand and one of the market leaders in the areas in which it operates.

Position: VP Human Resources

Location: Hyderabad

KRA's:

- Heading the HR Function for the Business.

- Partnering with the Business Leaders to create a Robust HR Culture

- Managing day to day HR Functions

- Developing and creating the HR Strategies

- Aligning the Business strategy with the HR strategy

- Being the face of the HR to the Global Organisation

- Ensuring the Execution of the above strategies

Candidate Skill set and Experience:

We are seeking candidates of 2000 till 2003 batch from only premier institutes from FMCG, Paints, Pharmaceuticals, Tyres, Infrastructure. Heavy Engineering Sectors, Information Technology Only.

- Candidates should be working in a HRBP role or a strategic HR role for the past 3-4 years
