We have an immediate opening with our client for VP - HR position.

Major Purpose of the Job:

- Develop & institutionalize short-term & long-term HR strategies align with Business strategies to achieve the Business objectives of the respective SBU in particular and Group in general through institutionalizing & optimizing the contribution of various HR processes.

Principal Accountability:

- Develop short-term & long-term HR strategies align with the Business strategies & lead HR processes to improve the business performance at top line as well as bottom line.

- Develop & deploy Corporate Manpower planning & Recruitment policies / systems so as to ensure that requisite Manpower with appropriate competencies are available at all levels.

- Develop competitive market driven compensation & reward so as to attract & retain talent.

- Develop performance based work culture through Performance Management System align to Business Goals of SBU in particular and Group in general.

- Develop & deploy appropriate mechanisms to determine the business competencies as well as Role and level based competencies of each SBU as well as Group which can enable to build up competitive edge over the competitors.

- Develop & deploy appropriate mechanism for identification of in house talents and develop development programmes for improving their competencies and ensuring career growth.

- Develop short-term & long-term action plan to ensure that key HR processes are benchmark with top 10 Pharma companies over next 3 to 5 years.

- Develop & deploy various schemes / mechanism to improve the comfort & satisfaction level of the employees on the job & off the job.

- Develop & deploy appropriate strategies on Corporate Communication so that the Corporate image of the Cadila before various stakeholders improve substantially.

- Develop & deploy appropriate mechanism to ensure Legal compliance within stipulated time frame in relation to Labour Laws applicable to employees.
