About our Client - My client, a global listed consumer business are currently recruiting for a VP of Human Resources for Asia Pacific region. The client is a global MNC and an industry leader with extremely rich culture and business environment.

Job Description - Reporting to the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing the Regional HR strategy that aligns with the business strategy the Global HR Vision and the long-term business objectives.

- You will lead the regional HR function, which involves supporting, evaluating and developing a team of managers and junior management across the Asia Pacific region.

- You will also provide HR management advice and expertise in order to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources in achieving business success.

- As an active member of the regional management team, you will contribute both at a strategic and an operational level in order to identify HR priorities and recommend solid people management solutions.

The Successful Candidate:

- You should be from a premier college with a rich education background and prior experience in a APAC HR leadership role

- A minimum of 9 years in a managerial role.

- Extensive experience in managing mid to senior level management teams and developing leaders in the organization.

- Should be an example of being a business and results oriented leader with an ability to get a buy in from senior stakeholders to maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership.

- English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are preferred.
