Job specs :
- PG from premier institute
- 12-18 years of work experience with service industry background must.
Accountabilities :
- Focus on developing and implementing HR policies and procedures with regards to induction, employee relations, performance and talent management, remunerations and structure realignment.
- This role will require to work with the Head HR / CEO to ensure succession plans are in place for all Senior level management. Coaching & Mentoring will be a continuous process as part of the role.
- This role is also responsible managing ER and discipline and for driving a culture of openness, fairness and hands on approach.
- This role requires good level of financial & business acumen, base level of legal and compliance knowledge, business understanding and challenges/context, project management skills and process + systems orientation.
