- Partners Pan India Mobile Sales Force & RBWM Central Teams for HR delivery
- Understands the business and departmental objectives and identifies how HR can drive/support the same
- Uses human capital metrics to support the identification of trends, risks and needs within the business before they escalate and recommend solutions
- Provides proactive HR support on people development, performance and reward management, employee engagement, recruitment, employee relations, planning, international assignments, STAs etc. to the business
- Assists the region on managing employees by providing guidance to line management & employees on performance management process and manage performance related issues; Supports the implementation of reward processes
- Ensures adherence to established policies and procedures, and compliance with all internal controls and external regulatory requirements
- Works to streamline established HR operation process to increase efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
- Reviews established HR policies to align with the changing needs of the support functions
- Supports to conduct disciplinary, grievance, and tribunal actions as required
- Oversee recruitment for the designated businesses
