Position-HR Head / VP HR  Client an US MNC service sector based out of Gurgaon.  Job Responsibilities :   - Responsible for the HR Function of the Indian Region  - Should have in depth understanding and experience in entire gamut of HR i.e. Recruitment, Talent Management, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits etc   - Should be good at People Management.   - Should be well versed with the industry in bringing up the top notch policies / practices to the organization.   - Build, lead and mentor a result-oriented HR team   - Create and provide a positive work environment and ensure employee relations issues are effectively addressed in a timely manner.   - Should have handled a headcount of 1500- 2000 qualified Professionals and have a 'hands on' experience in implementing the Rewards and Recognition initiatives of their company.   - Exposure in training and capability development is desirable but not essential.  Desired Experience level - 12-18 years, preferably in IT/Telecom/Media industry   Qualification - MBA in HR from premier institutes like XLRI/TISS/SIBM/SCMHRD   Job Location- Gurgaon  Position Reports to the COO India Operations
