Understanding job requirements & provide valuable inputs to the Recruitment team on framing job descriptions so as to identify right talent for the stated job profile. Plan & implement robust systems to identify, develop, retain and reward existing talent pool.  - Develop effective plan for job evaluation, performance appraisal and succession planning, also design & implement suitable compensation & benefits plan in consultation with CEO, COO, CFO and SBU Heads.  - Develop, train and oversee the team of HR professionals at SBU level.
