We have an opportunity with a client in Pune.  VP role - 030103 - Global Networks Operations Lead  - This role is responsible for managing the operations of Network Services located in India which are delivering service to each of the regions EMEA, US and APAC.   - The role provides a communication channel for other issues and ensuring that the operational service delivery needs are being met.   - They will work with all service providers to identify, end-to-end service chain improvement opportunities, and ensure that service is effectively managed.  Role & Responsibility:  - Broad scope of responsibilities include  - Ensuring that the services are performed in accordance with the delivery agreement, scope and service levels  - Servicing as the principal interface in the operations area between the service provider with respect to all issues relating to services  - Maintaining awareness and performance of the service delivery within both organizations  - Identifying and manage risks associated with the service agreement  - Ensuring efficient management of service requests, incidents and operational issues  - Ensuring that service requests and issues are addressed in a timely manner  - Ensuring that the service provider provides an effective level of incident and problem management in accordance with the standards, and communicating these standards to the client/consumer base  - Ensuring that information is provided to enable BTSC to adequately access future infrastructure requirements.  Minimum requirement:   - Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent  - Strong knowledge network services including data, voice, security and network applications.  - 10 years of experience working in network operations and delivery function.  - Strong analytical thinking and solid experience in incident management / problem management.  - Preferably previous working experience in Investment Banking environment.  - Knowledge of Service Management principles.  - Strong communication skills.  - Technical certification such as CCNP, ITIL, PMP, Prince2 is a plus.  - Experience with management of outsourced service is preferable.  In case you wish to explore this opportunity, please feel free to call me on 02065100881.  Reema Maheshwari Founder & Chief Consultant Credence HR Services LL- 020-65100881 Call: 9823243381 LinkedIn: in.linkedin.com/in/reemamaheshwari/ Visit us : www.credencehrservices.com
