VP - Functional Testing - Market/Credit Risk IT Solutions

Position: VP-Functional Testing (Market/ Credit Risk IT Solutions)

Role:

- Manage resources in the functional testing team for Market/ Credit and other Risk Projects

- Create and manage functional test plans and provide guidance to other team members

- Review test plans, business requirements documents and functional specifications as a signatory for these documents

- Ensure an affective team that contributes to the overall delivery

- Senior stakeholder management, presenting functional test results, managing escalations etc.

Requirements:

- 11+ yrs of experience

- Extensive test management experience of complex multi functional projects in the Market or Credit Risk area for a Bank/ Investment Bank

- Extensive People Management and Mentoring skills

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

- Experience of working on strategic initiatives within a banking environment
