Job Description - Reporting to the CFO, your major responsibilities would be :

- Lead a team of qualified finance professionals

- Ensure that financial reporting is of high quality and meets applicable accounting principles and regulations

- Perform control functions of financial reporting while working closely and managing relationships with Product Control, Operations, Tax & Treasury

- Manage the regular preparation and submission of consolidated and non-consolidated US GAAP financial reporting and disclosures

- Lead the quarterly Balance Sheet substantiation process

- Analyze inter-company balances, reconciliations, daily funding payments and resolving break

- Perform month-end process to properly reflect the Balance Sheet, P&L and Owner's Equity

- Managing monthly, quarterly and year-end close to ensure timely and accurate reporting in coordination with regional finance team

- Manage and review the preparation of all journal and adjusting entries to ensure financial reporting accuracy and completeness

- Support financial strategy as necessary

The Successful Candidate :

- You are Qualified CA/Post Graduate/MBA with 10 plus years of experience in accounting, consolidation & control.

- The candidate should have prior associations with financial services organizations or corporate MNCs. Sound understanding of financial control,compliance,audit,taxation,accounting standards is advantageous.

- You should also have a proven track record of influencing individuals to drive results apart from good communication and presentation skills.
