About our Client - Our client is a leading Investment Bank and one of the leading financial services groups in the world. As part of expansion of their India based captive centre, they are looking for an experienced professional to join their business process optimization team as a VP to develop a quality and continuous improvement culture at their global shared services set-up based in Delhi NCR.

Job Description : Reporting into the Head of Finance Change and working as an individual contributor, you would be responsible to:

- Lead large scale Lean projects independently from define to implement while independently analyzing key data elements supporting individual projects or programs

- Capture data through Interviews, Management Reports, Time and Motion studies, Benchmarking, etc. and present findings to Senior Leadership.

- Organize and facilitate Kaizen workshops, guide the teams on doing root cause

- Analyze and identify action plan to eliminate root causes to solve various business and process issues and achieve project/ program objectives.

- Report project status on a timely basis to stakeholders and autonomously lead transformation initiatives with focus on the largest and most complex initiatives

- Work directly/ indirectly with senior management, with primary focus on identifying critical business issues, areas of improvement, and establishes transformation plans and teams.

- Manage the development of clear case for change, detailed scope, desired outcomes, accurate and realistic cost benefits analyses, clear roles and decision-making for specific transformation programs

The Successful Candidate: CA or MBA with over 10 years of experience in a financial services setup along with lean/six-sigma certifications like Master Black Belt (MBB), Black Belt (BB), Advanced Lean Certification, etc

- Solid exposure & understanding of driving large scale lean based business process re-engineering projects across core finance functions like Product Control, Financial Reporting, MI, Decision Support, etc

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills along with successful track record of managing senior stakeholders in a global environment

- Good exposure in the project management domain along with some knowledge of ERP systems (e.g Oracle)

- A self starter hands-on professional with high degree of commitment and diligence to drive change and lead improvement of processes.
