About our Client - Our client is a MNC Bank with operations in more than 100 countries worldwide. They are an esteemed brand and always strive to recruit the best talent in the industry. With the current expansion in their global operations, they are looking for a seasoned finance professionals at a VP level for their captive setup in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

- The Chief Operating Office supports both the strategy and day-to-day operations of Finance.

- This includes resource and budget management, driving talent development and the colleague agenda and business administration across 400+ finance colleagues. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Day to day management of the COO function in the location, reporting to the Asia Finance COO and locally into the Finance site head

- Direct support for the Finance site head and specific sub-functional leads across India

- Support and facilitate the implementation of the India Finance Strategy

- Monitoring, controlling and reporting head count and costs for India Finance

- Working with HR and the global COO team to shape and drive Asia colleague initiatives including talent development Supporting cross-functional, regional and global key strategic projects

- Leading the India operational aspects, but also ensuring regional and global consistency of all of the above

- Build collaborative, and collegiate relationships with the global COO community spanning across functional and geographic boundaries

The Successful Candidate :

- You are a CA / ICWA with 12 to 15 years of post qualification experience working independently to improve and enhance a process, including highly developed ability to review, analyse and provide innovate solutions across a wide range of areas.

- You should also have strong communication skills a a proven track record in dealing with local and global stakeholders across all levels.
