VP - Finance - BFSI

Currently working on an opening for the position of VP-Finance for a leading Micro finance organization in India

The position reports into the director of the organization

Job responsibilities:

Mandatory Requirements:

- Must be an MBA finance (full time) or CA.

- Must have Microfinance exposure

Job Profile:

- Conceptualized, Strategized Corporate finance policies & procedures.

Financial Analysis, Business Analysis

- Business & Financial Planning

- Financial Projections (Profit & loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Projections)

- Financial Modelling (Scenario Building & Analysis)

- Ratio Analysis and suggesting strategies to improve the same (Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability etc.)

- Preparing Financial, Operational, Variance Analysis Reports for management review

- Reporting of critical performance issues to Top Management

- Sectoral and Comparative Analysis with competitors

- Developing and Monitoring Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) for Departments

Fund Raising:

- Fund planning for organization

- Loan proposal preparation for fund raising

- Fund Raising for on-lending purpose to clients through Terms Loans, Non-Convertible Debentures, Securitization/Buyouts (Off Balance Sheet Financing), and Equity

- Liaising with Banks/Financial Institution

Accounts:

- Consolidation of Company accounts. Analysis of monthly, Quarterly and annual MIS reports/financial statements and submission of reports to management. Finance and Funds Management, Budgeting and variance analysis with actual financial statements and submission of reports on them to the management.

- Renewal of policies, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory management an Fixed Assets etc.

External & Internal Reporting:

- Reporting to Banks, Financial Institutions post fund raising

- Statutory Reporting to Reserve Bank of India

a) Statement of Asset Liability Management (ALM)

b) Statement of structural liquidity, Short Term Dynamic Liquidity, Interest Rate Sensitivity, Yearly and Quarterly Non-Banking Supervision Return

- Reporting to various non-regulatory/Industry Associations
