VP - Fashion Retail - eCommerce

A leading eCommerce company is looking for a business head with proven experience in strategy and leadership to help the company build a world-class experience for its Fashion customers.

- The leader will be responsible for building and giving direction to a high-performance Business team and will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic direction for Fashion retail.

- Run the Business/Own P&L for Fashion Retail

- Build a team of leaders - high leadership requirement

- Long term strategic vendor relationship management, within India and abroad

- Merchandising & Sales Strategy leadership

- Head of a top Fashion Brand with a proven track record of success in Business Leadership

- Experience leading large and diverse organizations

- Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and/or product development.

- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs.

- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in the heat of battle.
