Responsible for end-to-end sales life cycle (Pre-sales| Sales| Post Sales)
Overall Experience:
- 10 - 20 Years. years of Retail Banking industries experience; knowledge of the Domestic Market (with APAC & ME is of added advantage) and its Retail Banking market and industries, as well as major trends applied for the Indian conditions
- Exposure to technologies and understands digital opportunities in Banking vertical and has thought leadership in creating compelling value propositions based on organization past experience, case studies and core competencies
- Proven track record of creating fresh logos/revenues in IT services with banks and financial services companies, more from turnkey based engagements or managed services operating models which can yield constant appreciating revenues in the long run.
- Envisaging solutions that can be developed parallel through client engagements and repositioning them to prospective customers in the market
- Preferred business & Technology exposure: Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Co-operative Banking, Digital Banking & Transformation, Payments and CompliancesMobile Technologies, Middleware's, SOA, Web Services etc.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Jointly building marketing collaterals, presentations, competitive analysis, partnership opportunities matrix, RFP and RFIs with pre-sales support
- Revenue based on milestones with high conversion ratio, revenue realization will be quarter-to-quarter scale
Other Areas:
- Develop market entry strategies based on analysis of business trends in financial services
- Coordinate end-to-end customer visits, own the complete proposal making process for offerings
- Ability to work independently as an Individual contributor for BFSI vertical and to collaborate with teams and other shared resources of the organization to drive business efficiently
- Proven experience in achieving business goals and developing people through the management of self, others and teams
- Excellent business communication and have worked with CXO league in his/her prior business development responsibility
- Technical acumen and technology expertise in understanding various stack and help build technical proposition in terms of architecture, models and processes will be much needed
- Innovative propositions which are cost effective and yield results will be incubated through CoE, which can be enhance revenue streams
