With a global headquarters at Hyderabad in India, they have quickly grown through organic and strategic acquisitions and has 9 Business centers and 3 Development centers across the globe.

The company has established itself as a preferred partner for IT services to hundreds of Fortune customers worldwide, spanning Telecom, Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, HealthCare, Retail and Government organizations. The current position is for their Healthcare business.

VP of Delivery - Healthcare

Location : Hyderabad

a. 15+ years of experience in healthcare RCM business

b. Handled US clients both providers and Medical billing companies directly

c. Currently working in healthcare RCM practice

d. Handling end to end RCM practice including coding / billing ( demo / claims / Payment posting) and A/R

e. Should have transitioned new clients across all the above processes

f. Must have experience in implementing and deploying an RCM product inhouse

g. Must have independent PnL responsibility for the delivery for over 3 -4 years

h. Must be handling a 1000+ delivery organization across the above

i. Should have a span across a minimum of 5 projects each - 150 people

j. Preference to Medical educational qualifications

k. Must have Quality certifications on the following : Six Sigma / TQM etc

l. Preference given to a reputed full time masters US education

m. Communication must be excellent specific to the US environment
