Essential qualifications:-

- CA or MBA from a Premier Institution

Experience:-

- 12-18 years post-qualification experience.

- Experience in Global Compliance.

- Substantial off-shoring experience, banking captive background a must.

- Alternatively, somebody with an MNC bank with strong regional role and people leading experience can be considered.

- Strong Finance domain experience in FP&A and Controllership activities.

- Driving Sox Controls & Implementation
