Responsible for designing and deployment of channel development strategy:  - Conceptualize, design and implement on ground the Agency Engagement Plan  a) New agent hiring - from Preferred Segment  b) Competition Mapping & Advisor Recruitment  c) Driving MOM activation  d) Creating pool of Pro Active Advisors  - Conceptualization, communication and execution of Clubs and R&R programs in partnership with Marketing function  - Premier Relationship advisor program management Design/ implementation/management/ Coordination/ delivery of the program.  - Collaborating with BM/RM's to drive year on year targets and help in New ASM/SM onboarding to institutionalize Office operating rhythms - Partnering BM/RM's in Driving Agency priorities - such as YOY Growth agenda, Quality Advisor hiring, Persistency, New AO Model - Internal & External hiring, Activation- NCA & Overall and improving Office productivity by driving Advisor /SM Productivity  - BM/RM's in Driving Agency priorities - such as YOY Growth agenda, Quality Advisor hiring, Persistency, New AO Model - Internal & External hiring, Activation- NCA & Overall and improving Office productivity by driving Advisor /SM Productivity  - Should be able to work and deliver results in a changing environment.  Conceptualize, design and implement on ground the Agency Engagement Plans
