Basic Qualifications and Requirement:
- 13-17 years of work experience with at least 7 years of Project Management experience in both business process and technology implementations.
- Demonstrates excellent people, process and project management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong business analysis and planning skills. Capable of identifying and interpreting the wider-ranging issues: ‘Big picture’ understanding.
- Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of job-related operational and compliance procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Provides attention to detail, able to work to deadlines and provides creative & innovative solutions.
- Working knowledge of the business flows in the financial services industry is a plus, as is related experience in technology strategy or in a client service or business function
- Guides Operations re-engineering efforts
- Possesses broad range of business analysis and project management technical skills
- Possesses superior Business Analysis Skills and Acceptance Testing, Process Mapping and Process Design capabilities
- Comfortable leading project working groups and possesses strong facilitation and data gathering skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project & Visio
- MBA/Relevant Project Management certifications like PMI-PMP would be a plus.
