About our Client: Our client is a leading financial services firm with a diverse product offering. India has been identified as a key center for them and are now looking to strengthen their team with a VP Capital Reporting based out of Delhi NCR.

Job Description: Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Reporting, your key responsibilities include:

- Delivery of the full Retail and Wealth CRD 4 reporting process; ensuring monthly, quarterly timetable is adhered to and all deliverables meet expected standards.

- Be actively involved in CRD4 and Common Reporting control & governance framework development and implementation.

- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations on capital reporting related matters to the business - this is a wide-ranging aspect of the role, effectively providing an expert consulting service.

- Stakeholder relationship management (e.g. Business Performance, Group Finance & Risk) - maintain constructive and positive working relationships, negotiating for best effect where required

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA/ICWA/MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience in Capital / Risk / Treasury Reporting. Prior experience in team and stakeholder management is a much.

- You must possess excellent communication and written skills as well.
