VP - Business Process & Analysis - Card Domain - BFSI

VP : BP&A (Card division) : Chennai (Currently should be a VP)

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for ensuring all commentary and analysis prepared by the AVP Relationship Managers is clear, concise & fit for purpose, providing coaching support where needed

- Influence stakeholders through excellent communication of information, presentation and recommendation of appropriate solutions

- Lead day-to-day relationships and stakeholder management providing complex information to senior stakeholders that enables them to make key business decisions

- Build strong relationships with the business, clusters, Group Finance and Functions to gain business insights and its financial performance

- Proactively identify business opportunities which drive performance in line with strategy

- Monitor, analyse, interpret and communicate performance data that provides CFO and Exco the business confidence in the information

- Requirements for IJP for the position of Vice President

- A sound financial management knowledge base.

- Ability to identify areas for process improvement and work with subject matter experts to ensure successful execution of such projects

- Ability to solve problems and make tough decisions, taking a pragmatic approach to balancing business needs with resource constraints

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly synthesize large amounts of data and explain the implications for the business

- High degree of organisation, adaptable and flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, able to manage competing priorities and adopt a process and process improvement approach when required

- Strong experience in a senior Finance role in a large, complex financial services organisation with a proven record of success.

- Excellent stakeholder relationship management, negotiating and interpersonal skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of core accounting systems and other databases
