Urgently require VP – business HR

The Sr. HR BP would be responsible for supporting the business by identifying and developing solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis. will be will be leading Generalist activities like employee engagement, driving talent management agenda, Attrition Analysis, Career Planning & Mobility, people committee initiatives, performance management etc.

Requirement: -

- MBA HR or equivalent from a reputed Tier 1 and tier 2 institute

- Exp of HR generalist experience with a strong learning orientation

- Strong level of employee advocacy

- Teamwork & Communication Skills, strong result orientation

- Exposure to the entire gamut of HR activities
