Job Description – Vice President (Resource Process Outsourcing)

We have urgent opening for the position of Vice President - Resource Process Outsource with a leading Australian based IT Software organization at Noida Phase – 2. Necessary details are given as below.

Position: Vice President (VP) – Resource Process Outsource

Location: NSEZ, Noida Phase – 2

Salary: Not a bar (Negotiable)

Reporting: To the Director

Experience: Total 5 years + (Out of which 3 Years in IT Staffing)

- Sales Staffing Business Development What You'll Be Doing

- Develops and drives new business within the RPO Line of Business.

- Develop relationships and grow them into clients.

- Develops proposals and sales presentations for potential accounts.

- Partners with Corporate Marketing to develop collateral and thought leadership pertaining to RPO business.

- Researches and strategizes on content and event participation including planning what RPO events to attend.

- Partners with Marketing and Operations on strategic sales planning including target customers and accounts.

- Develops the targeted customer list and defines sales strategy to obtain those accounts.

- Experience in IT or other technical discipline is preferred.

- Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and client presentations within a professional business-to-business sales organization.

Responsibilities:

- Business-to-business sales experience in competitive markets a plus

- Able to communicate with CEO and Directors of software companies and Digital Marketing Agencies in UK, Australia, US and Canada

- Should have experience in offering off sure staffing solutions in the international market like Australia, UK, Europe and US.

- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Should be able to screen up the required profile from the client.

- Should be from IT, Software development and web development background.

Eligibility:

- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills

- 3+ years in the RPO/ Offering offshore Staffing solutions

- Should be Graduate

Offerings:

Package depends on experience and what have you got to bring with you

Lucrative Commissions

5 days working with fixed Sat and Sun off

U.S.A & Canada (9:30PM – 6:30AM)

U.K & Europe (11AM – 8PM)

Requirements:

Willing to join within 10 to 15 Days

Should have his/ her own conveyance
