The person is required to head the Global Offshore Payment operations delivery center in Kulala Lumpur, Malaysia for world's largest MNC Bank Captive. He will also be acting as the site lead for that site. Team size at present more than 250 FTEs.   The incumbent will be responsible for end to end Service Delivery of transaction screening for payments business services.   Specific Skills :  - SME in payments operations  - Experience of managing large teams  - 8+ years of experience for manager, 10+ for AVP and 14+ for VP  - Must have experience SWIFT  - People having experience in retails payments only NEED NOT APPLY  - Must have prior experience in institutional banking/corporate banking payment operations
