Background in investment banking with minimum 5 years experience mandatory;

Job Description

- Lead teams working on execution of various equity & debt mandates

- Supervise the team in preparation of information memorandum, research on industry and sector as part of transaction execution; and

- Be part of engagement team for due diligence and Integration services;
