1. JD for DO:

Voylla sells its products via its online website, major market places like Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal and few offline retail stores. The role would require managing all the day to day operations of the company. The selected candidate would report to the COO of the company.

The candidate would need to be high energy passionate individual with great analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities -

- Manage all the inbound, warehouse, outbound logistics operations and customer service

- Process planning

- Continuous evaluation of processes and systems and their enhancements and improvements

- Maximize productivity of complete operations

- Manpower Planning

- Measure performance of the courier companies and tie up with new courier companies, commercial negotiations with them

- Data Analysis

- Mentor and develop the team, identify training needs of the team and fulfill them

- System-wide ERP implementation

- Work closely with other departments.

Eligibility criteria -

- Candidate with 7+ years of relevant exp in e-commerce operation and total exp more than 10 yrs.

- Interpersonal Skills.

- Good communication skills, Interaction with Team members at regular intervals, sharing the knowledge and information among the team members

Good problem solving skills

- Leadership skills, must have managed large teams in past, Self-Starter

- Must have very good understanding of technology, ERP and data mining

- Engineering background, Candidates from IITs/NITs would be preferred.
