KEY DELIVERABLES

1. Institutionalizing & reviewing the Talent Management, Leadership Development and Succession Planning process across the organization

2. Designing and implementing Talent Management strategies, plans and procedures

3. Defining strategy for identification, development and review of “Key high-potential talent” and ensuring effective implementation, thereby building a leadership pipeline.

4. Define in consultation with the Business Unit Heads, the technical and functional competencies for Hi-Pot assessment and development.

5. Standardize and integrate talent management tools across organization.

6. Align Talent Management objectives with corporate goals and provide positive operational outcomes.

7. Collaborate with the BGHR and CMG to develop and execute an incorporated approach to talent development and management.

8. Deliver talent management processes including talent review and succession planning.

9. Continuous tracking of the individual development plans of the Hi-pots identified along with the BG-HRs.

10. Support the BGHR and BUH in developing and executing the succession plan.

11. Support the learning and development cell to meet training needs and analyze progress against the overall Talent Management strategy.

12. Ability to influence senior management and establish a collaborative partnership towards talent management.

13. Support in People Planning meetings with the Group HR and implementation of the PPM in Voltas.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

1. Good understanding of the TM process and theory

2. PG with specialization in HR ( 2 yrs full time MBA in HR)

3. 12+ years relevant experience

4. Strong working knowledge of tools and methodologies in career development, succession planning, talent management, learning and development.

5. Exposure to HR best practices in the industry.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Word, Excel, PowerPoint expert
