Key Accountabilities :
Communication Execution :
- Creation and execution of the communication strategy of the circle
- Coordination with agency and central to get timely creative and outputs
- Execution of customer engagement activities as per plan
Brand Salience enhancement :
- Ensure leadership SOV and maintain leadership brand salience in the circle within prescribed budgets
- Designing and executing customer engagement initiatives
- Trade engagement activities
- Monthly activity calendar
- Internal events
Brand visibility :
- For retail level ensure timely delivery and execution of all artworks for production
- Ensure POS refresh and timely deliveries as per schedule
- Ensure direct dispatch as per merchandising guideline
- For VMS timely execution of all elements before launch
- Complete ownership of maintenance of Hygiene of branding elements in all existing stores
Visibility audits :
- Scores in visibility part of AVI audits to be - 90%
- To monitor and publish Brand health parameters and take corrective actions
- To monitor store audits and take corrective action
Communication :
Rural connect activity : periodically refresh the module and ensure activity as per the plan
Internal communication : Ensure publication of monthly internal e magazine
Alternate media : judicious use of radio and other media, Iconic Vas properties for Radio,
Public relations & Alliances :
- Robust networking with the press fraternity to ensure positive image for vodafone. Negative articles to be less than 5% of total mention of Vodafone
- Establish relevant tie-ups with Malls, Multiplexes for branding and promotion ( ABSR+ 5 cities). Activities to be done as per proposal
