Role purpose : To identify all the passive infra tenancy Sales and Business Development opportunities in the Spacetel market and hence help Circles achieve the DB tenancy targets  Key accountabilities and decision ownership :   - To get new tenancies (Service Orders) on the existing tower base of Vodafone in Assam and NE, Bihar, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh & Chattisgarh, JK and HP circles thus increasing the tenancy ratio as per the Circle targets  - Managing the conversion of the service orders to RFI acceptance by respective circles within the timeframe agreed with the Customer  - Issue resolution and ensuring adherence to the turnaround times (TATs) as defined for the respective processes  - Explore new initiatives for increasing tenancies and engaging with internal / external stakeholders for the implementation of the same  - Regular / periodic visits to the customer and Circle teams of the Spacetel circles  - Ongoing market intelligence and competitive mapping for the passive business  Key performance indicators :  - Incremental Service orders added in line with Circle monthly targets  - Service Orders converted to RFI Acceptance on monthly basis  - Adherence to specified Turn Around Time for the processes  Budget owned :   - Add incremental revenue opportunity to Circles by adding incremental service orders as per the Circle targets  Core competencies, knowledge and experience :  - 6-7 years of experience in telecom industry  - At least 3 years- experience in passive infra sales  - Should have handled similar role in an infra provider company  - Knowledge of RF planning tools preferred  - Good communication & interpersonal skills  Must have technical / professional qualifications :   - MBA  - Graduate (Engineer preferred)
