- Planning, writing and editing skills to create materials and organize events for employees
- Develop and execute innovative concepts and copy for cross-channel initiatives including direct mail, digital, email, video scripts, etc.
- Develop key messaging for the delivery of the corporate strategy and individual campaigns and initiatives
- Develop an integrated and ongoing internal communications plan to drive employee engagement
- Build relationships across the business, becoming a trusted adviser for communication messaging, strategy and delivery
- Measure the ongoing effectiveness of employee communications and overall employee sentiment
- Collaborate with art directors and graphic designers in the development and execution of strategic concepts, storyboard and executions of creative brief through project completion
- Deliver fresh ideas while working with existing brand guidelines
- Ability to articulate a clear strategic vision and generate enthusiasm in the achievement of clear organizational objectives
- Manage Social Media campaigns and day-to-day activities
- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
- Must be a team player
Key Skills required :
- 10+ years working experience, including 5-7 years working in creative copy development in the relevant industry
- Excellent conceptual and copywriting skills; needs excellent writing, editing and proof reading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, timelines, and direction, as well handle multiple projects between clients
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills - can share concepts and ideas to both internal and external teams
- Handle multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of designing and video editing software will be an added advantage
