Role purpose:   The position will lead execution of Performance Management, Rewards, Employee Relations & other HR initiatives at the circle and Zone, effectively support HR Business Consultant to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of service  Key accountabilities and decision ownership:   - Deliver enhanced employee experience at zones through zone adoption by HR team  - Ensure internal customer delight with effective delivery of people practices across levels of organisation  - Work with HR Services team to ensure service delivery and improve overall employee experience with HR  - Ensures compliance to HR policies and highlights any cases of deviance  - Coordinate with Line Managers and ensure consistency in implementation of the PD cycle as per timelines set for mid-probation, Probation and annual performance dialogue  - Manage employee relations through frequent interactions and guidance provided to employees across all zones & branches  - Enhancing implementation of corporate initiatives through add on ideas within the accepted framework  - Suggest/recommend unnoticed possibilities to enhance employee experience  - Drive a culture of process improvement, a tight focus on data integrity and service quality  - Support HR Business Consultant (HR Role 1) in quality initiatives, Change Management, Organisation Design  Must have technical / professional qualifications:  Post-graduation - Human Resources from Premier Institutes
