Qualifications: CA (Must)  MBA Finance (Desired)  - Managing the integrity and completeness of the trial balance utilizing concept of accrual accounting, timely reconciliations, provisioning, and consistent with accounting policies and practices as amended from time to time in the Group Accounting Manual  - Management of forecasts and annual planning.  - Cost and margin analysis.  - Setting of micro targets relating to revenue growth, collections, operating costs and returns on capital employed.  - Pricing analysis.  - Capital planning, submission of expenditure proposals and associated justification.  - Monitoring the revenue parameters through effective check lists and processes to ensure that there are no revenue leakages; also identify the reasons for any aberrations that could lead to revenue leakage  - Implementation of formal system of monitoring and remediation of control weaknesses under Sarbanes Oxley.  - Proactive interaction with all audit staff, both internal and external, and timely remediation of all weaknesses identified.  - Identification and management of all insurance risks
