A. Key Purpose of the Job:  Responsible for accurate VBS related reporting to region/corporate as per the Vodafone definition with reasoning. Provide the good business insights through deep dive of cost, benchmarking with other circle/ competition, subscriber analysis, revenue analysis & post launch analysis of business cases. Responsible for making VBS budget with the consent of VBS head & forecast.  B. Key Result Areas:  1. Accurate VBS reporting.  2. Analysis & Benchmarking.  3. Support the FPnA lead in building and financial assessment of various business cases, including post launch analysis.   4. Responsible for VBS budget & their Variances with proper reasonings.  C. Key Functions & Responsibilities:  Forecasting and Planning  1. Forecasting of VBS Revenue & Cost in the circle basis business insights.  2. Budgeting for the same in Annual plan and LRP.  3. Tracking of Budget Vs Actual and come out with reasons for the variances.  4. Ensure and incorporate all Central guidance in Budget.  5. Ensure accurate forecasting of revenue & cost phasing.  6. Formulate strategy with circle VBS head to improve profitability.  Daily/Weekly and mid-month Business KPIs  1. Ensure timely & accurate reporting - revenues, costs & KPIs  2. Ensure business case evaluation in line with business trends.  3. Accurate revenue projection.  4. Monthly tracking of all initiatives for improving VBS profitability and Inform business.   5. Post Launch analysis  6. Analysis & Benchmarking  7. Monitor and reduce FLV, FLD, PRI receivables  People Management  1. Keep the finance function informed about the new services & opportunity which can have an impact on the business.  D. Key Skills/Experience Required :  1. Preferably from a telecom background, ideally someone who understand VBS  2. Chartered Accountant/MBA with 4-5 years of experience in the areas of FP&A and finance operations  3. Strong presentation and articulation skills.  4. Sound knowledge in areas of decision support and post launch analysis  5. Degree of process orientation with relentless focus on executing plans  6. Ability to work with and manage inter-functional teams without direct reporting relationships.  Resourcing Team
