Role purpose: Drive fixed line, Unified Communication and cloud business for Large Enterprise. Drive national business development team and micromanage the activities like funnel, Order booking, Tracking Service Delivery, Revenue & Collection.   Key accountabilities and decision ownership   - Revenue Management:  - Sets & achieves order booking & revenue target for Specific set of accounts.   - Drive Order Booking for fixed line business through Account Managers.   - Business Development  - Work closely with internal team (Feasibility, Corporate and Circle Pre-sales and BDMs, Commercial Manager) to deliver the customer requirements.  - Drive closure of high value orders including customer visits.   - Devise account wise deeper penetration strategy for fixed line, UC and Cloud business  - Process Management:  - Continuous optimization of business processes like PO to Order Booking and Order Booking to Revenue.   - Micromanage the key orders and assist sales team to adhere to TAT.   - Track Key tenders and arrange War Rooms to close loop all activities much ahead of tender submission.   - Drive FLD business in specific set of accounts through funnel generation, pipeline management and participation in large Bids and RFPs   - Run special program with help of marketing team to increase penetration of fixed line products including Internet leased line, MPLS VPN, GMPLS, IPLC and other associate products.   - Drive hosted & cloud portfolio in specific set of accounts.   - People Management:  - Capability building for the Circle BDMs and Account Managers by providing regular training to improve their skill set Core competencies, knowledge and experience   - 06-08 years of B2B sales / product experience in a reputed Telecom organisation. Preferably from Verizon, BT, Singtel, Tata Com, TTSL, Rel Com.   - Should have expertise in Global Data Products and Hosting & cloud portfolio.   - A proven track record in meeting revenue targets in fixed line business.   - Knowledge of specific areas - Sales and Marketing; Competition in Fixed Line Business; Competitor strengths & weakness.  - People based experience - Experience in handling team of Account Managers.  Must have technical / professional qualifications:   - MBA from a reputed Institute  - BE/B Tech   - Technical qualification: In depth knowledge of Fixed Voice, SIP, Unified Communication, Cloud Products like Amazon web Services, Microsoft Azure, Data centres.   Good to have technical / professional qualifications:   Fixed Data portfolio : Internet Leased Line, MPLS VPN, Global MPLS, IPLC, NPLC.   Budget owned: Approx. Rs. 150 Crs.   Key performance indicators   - Business:  - To achieve monthly, quarterly & annual Order Booking (DB) and revenue target for FY16-17  - Drive more farming business from existing accounts for fixed line & Cloud business  - Identify and build business with prior specialised knowledge and support account managers of NC segment at the circles.  - Customer:  - Meet, understand and deliver customer expectations, while managing a steady flow of revenues.   - Role will involve multiple customer meetings nationally.   - Focus more on large wins to ensure we can deliver expected order booking  - Track Service Delivery, Service Assurance health check of specific set of customer and devise programmes with help of CS team for continuous improvement.   - People:  - Drive various programmes and collaborate with circle sales team which ensures team works collaboratively with all other functions to drive their DB.   Direct reports: None  Dotted reports: None
