Location: Cochin  Role purpose:   - Leads the Finance decision support for the technology function, which includes IT and Network,   - Supporting the Financial decision and Business in Technology investment.  - Delivering high quality and realistic financial plans (9+15F, 5+7F) which are based on deep business insights.  Key accountabilities and decision ownership:  Technology Capex:  - Draw annual network capex investment budget based on site requirement from marketing / sales team and based on expected network traffic corresponding to revenue assumptions.  - Support the technology team in building and financial assessment of various business cases, including post investment appraisals.  - Closely interact with circle network team understand the deployment plan, create a feasible financial assessment and conclude the deployment strategically so that Capital Budgets are utilized at optimum level by ensuring the circle capex cash flow.  - Highlight to Management / Drive activities which will result in increasing the asset productivity.   Technology Opex:  - Deliver an accurate forecast for network operating expense basis network team inputs, actual trending with escalation / savings and corporate guidance.  - Monitor the monthly actual expenses and drive cost saving projects for network so as to ensure the total costs does not exceed or is lower than DB  Control & Governance :  - Network Opex PO Approval  - VDM Approval  - Participate in monthly network governance calls  - Track Data usage & revenue, Overall Site performance etc-   - LUT Site Tracking and drive reduction in LUT counts  Key performance indicators :  Strategic :  1. Forecasting of Capex investment in the circle basis business insights..  2. Budgeting for the same in Annual plan and LRP.  3. Tracking of Budget Vs Actual and come out with reasons for the variances.  4. Ensure and incorporate all Central guidance in Budget.  5. Ensure accurate forecasting of Capex phasing.  6. Formulate strategy with circle CTO to reduce negative EBITDA sites.  7. Be a part of all cost efficiency initiatives taken by circle CTO.  Operational :  1. Ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders in line with roll out phasing.  2. Ensure Investment business case evaluation in line with business trends  3. Monthly tracking of Negative EBITDA sites and informing business.  4. Accurate forecasting of Capex addition.  5. Monthly tracking of all cost initiatives and Inform business.   Developmental :  1. Keep the finance function informed about the technological changes which can have an impact on the business and require more investment..  2. Approval of financial business cases on all Network and IT projects for both Consumer and Enterprise.  3. Maintain cross functional Relationships with Technology, Sales and Marketing teams.   Must have technical / professional qualifications:   - Preferably CA / CWA / MBA with experience in the areas of FP&A / Fin Ops.
