- SFA Implementation in all HQ accounts & Forecast accuracy of 5%
- Field Service Norms for all Service Managers - Area Managers will carry the total teams target
- Agreed Channel Infrastructure - FOS as per norms & CSA productivity , VBS - Sales & Service Model
- COCP bad debts to be < 1% - timely closures of all adjustments & hardware collections
- Overall churn < 1.25%
